You’ve made a smart choice to enroll yourself or a client into the Savings Plan Management program. You have several options available to you. Prior to beginning any of the processes, please download a copy of our firm brochures (ADV Part 2A and Client Relationship Summary).


The two links below enable you to complete the enrollment process entirely online.

Client Initiated
Are you a prospective client who would like to begin the enrollment process? After you complete a portion of the process, your financial advisor will receive an email with instructions to complete their portion of the process. Once done, the process returns to you for one final step.

Advisor Initiated
Are you a financial advisor who would like to help a client enroll in Savings Plan Management? After entering some initial information and submitting, the prospective client will receive an email with instructions to complete their portion of the process. Once done, the completed forms are submitted automatically to RMS.

Please ensure you have the following information at hand before beginning the online enrollment:

Clients will need:

Advisor’s Name, RIA Firm Name, and email address
The Plan Provider’s Name (e.g., Fidelity, Transamerica, etc.) and website address for login
Approximate account balance

Financial Advisors will need:

Client’s Name, Phone, and Email
Approximate account balance

Option 2: DOCUSIGN

DocuSign has set the standard for signing documents electronically. You can access the RMS DocuSign templates by clicking one of the links below. As with the online enrollment, there is a link for a Financial Advisor to use and a link for a Client to use.

Once you click one of the links, you will be taken to a DocuSign web page where you will enter names and emails for the people who have a role in completing the document.

Please Note: if you use an email that is linked to another DocuSign account, please check that this DocuSign does not pull over information from that account that is not relevant. For instance, if you have another DocuSign account with your email, this document may enter the name of the firm on that other account. It’s a quirk of DocuSign that we can’t control.

Option 3: A Fillable PDF Document

Download the Savings Plan Management Agreement and complete by entering information into the fillable fields or print and complete by hand. Submit the completed PDF by email (newaccounts@manage401k.com) or by fax (410-573-1196).
